1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using CamCam, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Apple Standard EULA
CamCam is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"), together with these Terms. If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA governs to the extent of the conflict. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.
3. Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use CamCam.
4. License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms and the Standard EULA, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CamCam on Apple devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the app except as permitted by law.
5. Your Content
You keep all rights to the photos you edit. Editing happens on your device and we do not receive your photos β except when you use a cloud AI feature, which sends the photo to be processed as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights and any necessary consent to edit and share photos, especially photos of other people.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CamCam to:
- create or share content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory or infringes the rights of others;
- edit images of people to deceive, impersonate or harm them, or to create non-consensual intimate imagery;
- create content that sexualizes minors;
- interfere with the app, its content delivery or its security;
- use cloud AI features to create content that breaks these Terms or our AI provider's usage policies, or try to get around AI credit limits.
7. Editing & AI Results
Automatic detection and AI-assisted tools depend on the photo and may produce imperfect results. Review your edits before sharing them. Edited images may not accurately represent a person's appearance, and you are responsible for how you use and present them.
8. Accounts & AI Credits
An account is optional and only needed for cloud AI features. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and use one account per person.
Cloud AI features use AI credits. Each account receives a monthly allowance β 3 per month on the free plan and 100 per month with CamCam Pro. Allowances renew on the first day of each calendar month (UTC); unused credits expire and do not roll over. A credit is used only when a result is delivered β if processing fails, the credit is returned.
AI credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or refunded. We may change monthly allowances in the future; changes will be shown in the app. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, for example by creating multiple accounts to obtain extra credits.
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings β Account β Delete Account).
9. CamCam Pro & Subscriptions
CamCam is free to use with ads, free backgrounds, Standard-quality export and 3 AI credits per month. CamCam Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks all premium backgrounds, HD and 4K export and AI Background, includes 100 AI credits per month, and removes ads.
Subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the price shown unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings; cancelling stops future renewals, and Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Current prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country.
4K export uses the photo's own resolution where available; smaller photos may be upscaled, which the app indicates before you export.
10. Advertising
The free version of CamCam displays third-party ads provided by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for products and websites they link to. CamCam Pro removes ads. How ad data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. Privacy Policy.
11. Templates, Backgrounds & Stickers
Templates, backgrounds, stickers and other content provided in the app are licensed for use in your edited photos, including personal and social media use. You may not extract, resell or redistribute this content on its own.
12. Intellectual Property
CamCam, its design, software, content and trademarks belong to RoxLab or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks.

To the extent permitted by law, CamCam is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Keep your original photos backed up. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer protection law.
16. Termination
You may stop using CamCam at any time by deleting it and, if you have one, deleting your account in the app. We may suspend or end your license or account if you materially breach these Terms.
17. Governing Law & Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Viet Nam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law applies. We may update these Terms; the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
