1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using CamCam, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Apple Standard EULA
CamCam is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”), together with these Terms. If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA governs to the extent of the conflict. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.
3. Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use CamCam.
4. License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms and the Standard EULA, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CamCam on Apple devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the app except as permitted by law.
5. Your Content
You keep all rights to the photos you edit. Because editing happens on your device, we do not receive your photos. You are responsible for having the rights and any necessary consent to edit and share photos, especially photos of other people.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CamCam to:
- create or share content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory or infringes the rights of others;
- edit images of people to deceive, impersonate or harm them, or to create non-consensual intimate imagery;
- create content that sexualizes minors;
- interfere with the app, its content delivery or its security.
7. Editing & AI Results
Automatic detection and AI-assisted tools depend on the photo and may produce imperfect results. Review your edits before sharing them. Edited images may not accurately represent a person’s appearance, and you are responsible for how you use and present them.
8. Purchases & Subscriptions
Paid features, if offered, are purchased through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Prices and features are shown in the app before purchase.
9. Templates, Backgrounds & Stickers
Templates, backgrounds, stickers and other content provided in the app are licensed for use in your edited photos, including personal and social media use. You may not extract, resell or redistribute this content on its own.
10. Intellectual Property
CamCam, its design, software, content and trademarks belong to RoxLab or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks.

12. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, CamCam is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Keep your original photos backed up. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer protection law.
14. Termination
You may stop using CamCam at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your license if you materially breach these Terms.
15. Governing Law & Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Viet Nam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law applies. We may update these Terms; the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
